Arrival
Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be greeted by a Yalasafari representative and transferred to the Maries Royale Hotel for relaxation, dinner and your overnight stay. Enjoy Kampala as you prepare for tomorrow’s road trip to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.

Day 1: Kampala – Murchison Falls National Park
Your safari in Uganda will begin when you depart Kampala and head northwards to Murchison Falls National Park. Enjoy a hot lunch en-route at the Amuka Safari Lodge and then prepare yourself for breathtaking scenery and a short nature walk in the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongola. The guided nature walk in the sanctuary brings you up close with the endangered white rhinos. In the evening you will arrive at the park and then make your way to the Pakuba Safari Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park
After an early morning breakfast, you will enjoy a sunrise game drive as you take in the vast array of animals in the park, including giraffes, elephants and buffalo. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon you will take a boat cruise upstream to the thundering Murchison Falls. This awesome sight of nature offers great photo opportunities! Along the way to the falls you will be able to see hippos, crocodiles, various antelope and a variety of bird species. Return to the Pakuba Safari Lodge unit for relaxation, dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3: Murchison Falls – Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early breakfast, you will leave Murchison Falls and proceed in the direction of Fort Portal. You will make your way through the Great Rift Valley and the Rwenzori Mountain Ranges along the way, eating lunch en-route. Check in late in the evening for dinner and your overnight stay at the Irungu Forest Safari Lodge.

Day 4: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Eat breakfast and then go on an early game drive in the north of the park, where you might spot to spot Uganda kobs, elephants and lions. After lunch you will go on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where many species of wildlife gather to drink water. You will have a good chance of seeing African elephants, hippos, crocodiles, buffalos, antelopes, and various indigenous and migratory birds. Return to the Irungu Forest Safari Lodge for relaxation, dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth – Kampala
After having breakfast, you will embark on an exciting road trip back to Kampala via Mbarara, stopping for lunch at the Igongo Cultural Centre. The centre has several craft shops where you can buy souvenirs.
